Live Oaks Elementary School graciously hosted the Milford Remembrance Ceremony for 9/11 this morning. The event brought folks from the schools, the city, and Milford citizens together to reflect and remember the events of that horrific day 22 years ago.

Due to the extreme heat and humidity expected this week, all Milford Public Schools will have an early dismissal on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 and Thursday, September 7, 2023. Students at JFK weren't the only ones beginning a new year. Amy Rizzo, new principal at the school, enthusiastically welcomed students and families on the first day. Even 'Hank the Hawk' got a photo op with Mrs. Rizzo!
