Fund for Teachers

Three of our teachers have been awarded a Fund for Teachers grant- Minette Junkins from Calf Pen Meadow, Marie Armon and Maryann Lennon who are both from Orange Avenue.

Fund for Teachers awards grants to educators to enable them to extend their professional growth. The goal is to provide them with experiences that will enhance their teaching and impact their students’ learning as well as strengthen the school community.

Our teachers will be traveling abroad to bring back exciting knowledge to the MPS learning community! Congratulations!

Kindergarten Summer Academy

Calling all incoming Kindergarteners and their families! MPS will host a four-week summer academy this July. There is no cost associated with this program. Families will need to provide their own transportation. Sign up here!

Mayor's Youth Awards

Each year, the Mayor and Milford Department of Human Services/Youth and Family Services recognize youth who have performed outstanding service to improve Milford. Teachers, parents, and community members nominate youth for this award. Nominate a student using this link!

The Rape Crisis Center is hosting its 18th Annual Walk to raise money for the Center's services.
