Mandatory Site Visit: Friday, 6/21/2024
The City of Milford through its Permanent School Facilities Building Committee (hereinafter referred to as “City” or the “Committee”) seeks to hire an architectural and engineering design firm for the preparation of schematic design documents as well as complete construction documents and construction administration services for two projects: Career & Technical Education Spaces at Joseph A. Foran High School and Career & Technical Education Spaces/Child Learning Center at Jonathan Law High School.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT: 6/21/2024
A mandatory site visit will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, 8:30 AM at Joseph A. Foran High School, 80 Foran Road, Milford, CT and 10:00 AM at Jonathan Law High School, 20 Lansdale Ave, Milford, CT.
Firms that do not attend the mandatory site visit shall not be allowed to submit for this RFQ/RFP. Attendance will be taken and only those present will be allowed to submit a proposal for this RFQ/RFP.
