Get ready, folks! Here’s your chance to view the stars in the Foran High Planetarium and support the Milford Education Foundation in their fundraising efforts. Attendees will enjoy a planetarium show (4 show times to choose from), kids activities, music, food trucks, a raffle, and much more. Tix are $10. Hope to see you there. FLYER.

Revised 2023-24 Academic Calendar Released;
Last Day is June 11th
We’ve been receiving lots of questions about the school calendar and “when is the last day of school?” We are happy to report, the academic calendar has been updated and reflects the 2 snow days we had earlier this year, and the addition of those 2 days to the end of the original calendar. Our last day of school will be Tuesday, June 11th. Here’s a fridge-worthy printable version for you. 2023-24 Calendar – Revised.

Sunday, 5/5: Fitness Field Day for Mental Health
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and you can help support our local efforts by participating in the Fitness Field Day/Tug of War along with live music and vendors! The Fitness Field Day will be held on Sunday, May 5th from 9am to 3 pm at Eisenhower Park.
Lots of 'old school' games begin at 9:00 a.m., egg walk, balance games and a cool walk on the Story Board Walk. Yoga at 10. Tug of war at noon, music starts at 12:30ish. Thursday, 5/9: "Question, Persuade, Refer" - a Discussion on how to recognize suicidal behavior; Held @ Milford Public Library

DOWN THE ROAD: Tuesday, May 21: Blast Off to Summer Reading
Mark your calendars! In order to prepare our elementary students for their Summer Reading efforts, the Milford Public Schools and the Milford Public Library are teaming up to present ‘Blast Off to Summer Reading!’ The event will be held at the Library, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., and include games, literacy activities, summer reading program info, and other fun times! Spring Food Resource Schedule Released; Lots of Community Support for Those in Need
Thanks to the huge support from our great community, and under the leadership of the Milford Health Dept., the Spring Food Resource Guide has been released. The schedule identifies the various meal providers and the days the meals are offered. Please take a look at the Spring Schedule – and share it with people you may know who are in need. FLYER.
SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, 6/8: Dash for Danni, See flyer for details
The Annual Dash for Danni Road Race is slated for Saturday, June 8th. The proceeds from this race help fund the Danni Kemp Foundation, in honor of Foran High School’s star athlete, Danni Kemp, who sadly passed away from a rare form of brain cancer. We’ll remind you as we get closer. Please plan on attending this wonderful tribute fundraiser. FLYER.
