District Operations

The Operations Team is a combination of several departments that work together to keep the district ‘ticking!’  This team handles the business portion of our day-to-day operation.  The departments found on this team include:

            - Finance and Budgeting (including Payroll and Accounts Payable)
            - Facilities and Maintenance 
            - Food Services
            - Transportation

Sean Brennan is the Assistant Superintendent of Business & Operations for the district.  In addition to overseeing the departments listed above, Mr. Brennan is also responsible for the following operational functions in our district:

            - School safety and security           - Insurance and risk management
            - Telecommunications                     - Contracts
            - Capital improvement plan
