Dear West Shore Families-
The week was short but productive here at WSMS. On Thursday we had an extended homeroom for a Wingman team building activity.Sadly, our ski club had to cancel this week due to rain. Hopefully we will be able to make this up down the road. Our Art classes have set up an art show in the media center. The students designed their projects based on where they wanted them to be displayed. As a result, there are a variety of mediums. If you would like to come by and see your child’s work just let us know!
Today is the last day of the second marking period and all grades have closed. Your child’s grades will be viewable in Powerschool on February 3rd.
As you know we will have a school dance on February 10th. The theme will be Winter Wonderland. Please click here for the flier and permission slip.
The 8th Grade committee has been very busy! They are selling stuffed breads just in time for the Super Bowl. Click here for the flier and access to the order form. They also are inviting you to a Chipotle night on February 7th. Click here for the flier.
Our January PTA meeting will be next Tuesday, January 24th at 6:30 in the media center.
Next Wednesday is an early release day for teacher professional development. School will dismiss at 12:45.
