Dear West Shore Families-
We had a great week here at West Shore! We had the last of our winter concert series on Tuesday night with an amazing performance by our 6-8 grade Chorus, directed by Mr. Nunno. The kids sang beautifully and I even saw some of our parents singing along with Let it Go from Frozen.
Next week the JLAW band and chorus will be coming by to perform for our 7th and 8th graders. This will be a great opportunity for the kids to see what music is like in high school.
Next week is a short week with no school on Friday to start our winter break. School will dismiss at the normal time(2:45) on Thursday.
Our student council has planned a Holiday Spirit Week for next week.
I’d like to remind parents to please refrain from dropping off fast food and drinks for the students, ie Dunkin Donuts. It’s difficult to manage this from the office and best to save treats like this for home.
