Parent Weekly 5/13/22

5-13-22

Dear WSMS Families,

We have finished our Math and are halfway through our ELA testing. Next week we will wrap it up with the NGSS science test in grade 8. Please continue to remind your  students to bring a charged chromebook everyday. Also, the students can bring their own headphones to use so they will be comfortable. If they don’t have any we will provide them with school headphones. Our Respect Stars for each homeroom were announced today

Next week we are excited to see our music students flex their musical muscles at our spring performances!

  • Tuesday evening at 6:00 West Stock

  • Wednesday evening at 7:00 Chorus Concert

  • Thursday evening at 7:00 Band Concert.

Last week our Orchestra concert was held at Parsons and was a great success. We wish all of our students and the Music staff the best of luck on their upcoming concerts!

On Thursday next week our incoming 6th grade class will be visiting WS. We have some fun activities in store for them.

Congrats to Mr. Zunski and our Archery Club for making it to the Nationals in Louisville Kentucky this weekend! We wish you all the best of luck!

Our grade 8 students will be out on the town Friday for the Glow Dinner Dance at Grassy Hill Country Club! We are excited to see them decked out in their semi-formal attire!
