Good Afternoon,
We had our second snow day of the season and while there was not much snow I do think the kids enjoyed a mid-week holiday!
As you know from Dr. Cutaia’s letter this week we will soon be offering on-site COVID testing. Click here for more information. I will let you know once we have school specific information such as what day of the week Progressive Diagnostics will be here at WSMS. We are making progress with the latest variant, but please remind your children how important it is to follow protocols with mask wearing and social distancing. We can get through this if we work together.
Our after school activities are going strong. However, due to the snow day Drama Club will hold its auditions next week. So the students have a few more days to prepare.
Included in this week’s news are photos from two of our popular after school activities, archery and gardening club.
Next week we have an early release day on Wednesday, January 26th for teacher professional learning. The students will be dismissed at 12:45.
