Dear West Shore Middle School Families,
We've had an exciting week here at West Shore Middle School, filled with enriching activities and community events. Here are some highlights:
Shakesperience at WAVE: Our afterschool program had the pleasure of hosting Shakesperience this week, providing students with an interactive workshop that brought Shakespeare's works to life.
School Dance Success: The school dance on Friday night was a tremendous success! We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the parent chaperones who helped make the event safe and enjoyable for our students.
Professional Development Day - March 26th: We had a fantastic Professional Development day where five teachers showcased innovative teaching techniques with volunteer students. We deeply appreciate the families who allowed their students to participate in this valuable learning experience.
Staff/Student Basketball Game - March 26th: Our annual Staff/Student Basketball Game was a great success! Thank you to all the students, staff, and families who came out to cheer on the teams. We appreciate the generous donations of hygiene products, which will go a long way in supporting those in need.
End of Quarter Reminder: The quarter ended on March 27th, and grades will be released on April 14th. Please stay tuned for updates regarding your child's academic progress.

Smooth Jazz for Scholars Benefit Concert: Tickets are now available for the Smooth Jazz for Scholars Benefit Concert, supporting the MPS Music Department. WSMS PTA Updates:
Thank you to the staff and students who participated in the basketball game Wednesday! Thank you to all of the spectators. So proud to be a part of a strong, supportive school community! We look forward to seeing everyone next Friday (4/4) for Family Skate Night.
