The Mayor’s Visit -Thursday, March 6th                                                                                      Thursday morning Mayor Giannattasio came to visit Mr. Acri’s class to give an informational presentation on Water Pollution and Long Island Sound.  His visit was prompted by a compelling letter that Ivy O. wrote regarding the water pollution in our area.

WSMS PTA Updates:

We are counting the days until the student/staff basketball game.  If students wish to participate they need to make a donation of a shelf stable food item to their Physical Education teacher.  The game is at Jonathan Law High School in the “new” gym on March 26th at 7pm.  This is NOT a drop off event, students must be accompanied by an adult.  This is a free event, we are collecting donations of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, ….) or monetary donations that will be used to purchase items.  We look forward to seeing everyone there.  For more information click here.
