We are so excited to welcome you to our learning community and the chance to introduce the caring adults that work with your children each and every day! Please use the schedule below to visit your child’s teacher, building specialists and support staff during the night.
Please remember that Open House is not a time for conferencing with the teacher about your child. If you need to schedule a conference, the teacher will be happy to meet with you at another time. Individual conferences will also take place at the end of October.

6:00-6:15 Arrival and opportunity to meet with non-classroom staff (Support Staff, PTA, Specialists, etc.) |
6:15- 6:45 Session 1 in classroom |
6:30-7:00 opportunity to meet with non-classroom staff (STEM Lab, Support Staff, PTA, Specialists, etc.) |
7:00-7:30 Session 2 in classroom |
7:30-7:45 opportunity to meet with non-classroom staff (STEM Lab, Support Staff, PTA, Specialists, etc.) |
Note: Sessions 1 and 2 will be identical for teacher presentations but will allow for families with multiple children to visit classes. Session 1 will begin with a brief video presentation. |
Which Session Should I Attend?
K-5 Classroom Teachers will host two 30 minute sessions on open house night (Session 1 & 2). They will present the same information at both sessions so you only need to attend one. This is to accommodate those families that have more than one child at our school. You may attend the session that works best with your schedule. (If you have three children at OHS we can work with you to make your plan!)
Specialists and Support Staff will be in their respective classrooms. You will have the opportunity to visit and say “Hi.” A list of where each of the staff members are will be listed in our main lobby.
