Dear OHS Families,

OHS Highlights

This week we’re highlighting First Grade!

Our learners in First Grade are immersed in reading non-fiction texts and non-fiction writing.  They love taking notes and learning new content. Sticky notes have become a bit of an obsession for all!  In math our learners are working on addition, subtraction and word problems.

Room 6 recently enjoyed doing a winter craft with virtual guest, Mrs. Pierce. She led the class in making snowman pictures. The kids loved getting creative and interacting with Molly's mom on-line!

Lastly, the kids were SO excited to receive their class/school shirts last week.  They couldn't wait to try them on. We're looking forward to wearing them on spirit days!
