Good afternoon
I hope everyone has a chance to enjoy some of this beautiful weather this afternoon -- Spring is definitely in the air and we couldn’t be more excited for warmer days ahead! With Spring comes Spring conferences! If you haven’t done so already, please sign up on our school website as soon as possible. Our teachers are looking forward to sharing how their students have grown throughout our first two trimesters this year and where they will be continuing to focus on throughout the final trimester.
Our Science Nights continued this week with Grades 2 and 4 and are continuing over the next week! Thank you to Mrs. Guarino as well as to Ms. Guevremont, Mrs. St. Germain and Mrs. Skoczolek for facilitating our meets this week! Save the dates for upcoming meets: Kindergarten (March 22nd at 6pm), Grade 1(March 22nd at 6:30pm).
Next Tuesday, March 22nd, there will be an Irish Theme Family Virtual Concert hosted by the Community Connection Center for our Milford Public School Families! Join Liz McNicholl from County Meath, Ireland & celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Irish song & dance! This is for your whole family! Bring along something to shake to the music. Teacher Appreciation Week is right around the corner. We invite your family to purchase a blank HEART sign that you can decorate and display in front of the school. More information can be found here. Orders can be placed here by March 19th. Pre Orders only, don’t be left out!
We are participating in the National PTA’s School of Excellence Program. The school of excellence program is designed to strengthen the family-school partnership. One of the requirements of the program is a final survey. Please take a couple minutes to help us by filling out the survey here.
In this week's CCC Newsletter you will find information about the Virtual Irish Family Music Night that the MPS Parent University & the Milford CCC are sponsoring on March 22nd. The Raising Readers Family Book Club starting March 31, 2022 and information about the Milford Park & Recreation Departments' Summer Playground Program. Click here for this week's CCC Newsletter!
