9.10.21 Meadowside Heart Highlights
Good Afternoon Meadowside Families - We had a great second week of learning at Meadowside -- our classroom communities are developing, students are immersed in reading, writing and problem solving,they are thoroughly engaged in their specialist classrooms, and they are busy setting goals for themselves for the year! We can’t wait to celebrate their incredible successes all year long! Please read on for some quick updates and reminders.
Open House Tuesday September 14th - We are looking forward to meeting you all at our virtual open house next week on Tuesday, September 14th from 6:00 - 7:30. More information to come.
Meadowside PTA: It was wonderful to meet new families at our PTA meeting Thursday night. Thank you to everyone who joined the board and thank you for your support of our students and staff. We are so appreciative of all you have done to contribute to a great school opening! Student Quarantine Protocols - Please review the letter sent by Dr. Cutaia which outlines the district’s quartining protocols.
Attendance:If your child is absent from learning, you must log in and report the absence that day through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Teaching and Learning Hub: This week the Teaching and Learning Department shared with the Milford Public Schools Teaching and Learning Community Hub, an online space for our community to access curricular materials and resources as well as a virtual space to access additional information to support our home school partnership. Mums: Place your order in our online store or using a paper copy. Deadline to place orders is 9/20. Order pickup is on 9/30 from 4:30-6:00.
