Stem Night - Thank you to Mrs. Guarino and Mrs. Jaques as well as to Mrs. Farmer and our PTA for a fantastic STEM night this past Wednesday. It was wonderful to see so many students, families and staff engaging together in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics activities. Check out a few photos below:
Spelling Bee: Congratulations to Mahika for being our BEE Champion! We had an incredible two day tournament with Mahika, Ayaan and Rishab battling out words until the very end! Congratulations to all our students who participated - we are super proud of you all! Mahika will be moving forward to the district competition at City Hall later next month.
April is World Autism Month, and we’re kicking it off by participating in Light It Up Blue on Wednesday, April 2nd! This special day is a chance to show our support and raise awareness for individuals with autism. We invite everyone to wear blue as a symbol of understanding, acceptance, and inclusion.Let’s all wear blue and show that we stand together! 🌟💙

Career Day is coming up at the end of April! We are thrilled to be hosting our 4th annual career day on Wednesday, April 30th. Meadowside School will be welcoming community members into our building to share about their careers, education and professional passions. Students will have the opportunity to view presentations alongside their grade level peers. We are hoping each grade will have 3-4 presentations that are about 15 min each. Presentation Ideas:
A brief overview of your career and a day in the life
Schooling, trainings or experiences required
Traits or skills to be successful in your career field
Tools, technology or resources used on the job
Your favorite part of the job
Challenges of the job and how you overcome them
