Happy New Year - It was wonderful to welcome everyone back to school this week!
As we head into colder (and possibly snowier) days, please remember to send your child in with warm weather wear as we still like to get outside for recess as much as possible. Please take a moment to label hats, gloves and coats - so that if items are misplaced we can get them back to you and your child! We do have a number of coats and sweatshirts in our lost and found, please reach out if there is something that you are missing.
Keep an eye on our website www.milforded.org and on local news channels for any changes in our school day due to weather. And always remember to have a back up child care plan in the event of an early dismissal.
Reminder for all our 4th and 5th Grade instrumental music students and families (Band and Strings):
Our 4th and 5th Grade Band and Strings Winter Concert will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Parsons Complex Auditorium. This concert will feature band and string students performing from Mathewson, Meadowside, JFK, and Pumpkin Delight Elementary Schools. Students are requested to wear a white or light top and black or dark bottoms and report to the Parsons Complex by 5:45 PM to set up.
