Thank you to all of our parents and guardians for joining us at our fall Parent/Teacher Conferences. We really appreciate meeting with you and our ongoing partnership in support of your child’s academic and social emotional growth this year. If you have any follow up questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our staff.
Thanks to our PTA for sponsoring our Scholastic Book Fair this week. Our students were super excited to pick out their own books -- thank you to all our parent volunteers who helped our students shop!
AND thank you to all our students and staff for joining us in wearing Pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness! Here is just a small peek at all the PINK!
Monday October 21st: Bus evacuation Drill at Bus Drop Off at Meadowside School: Conducting emergency drills (fire, crisis, lockdown, etc.) is one of the most important ways we enhance our preparedness for students and staff during an emergency. Drills allow us to practice what we need to do when an emergency arises in our school. Weather Permitting, Meadowside Elementary School will be conducting our Fall School Bus Evacuation Monday Morning at Drop Off. This will only be a drill and will be conducted in accordance with the School Incident Management Protocols established by the district, and in collaboration with our student transportation provider. Please discuss the importance of our emergency drills with your children. We thank you for your cooperation and partnership in making our schools a safer place for learning.
Looking Ahead to the End of the Month, on Thursday, October 31st, our students will have the opportunity to participate in a costume parade during the school day. Click here for more information including time, location and costume guidelines.
