Good Evening Meadowside Families -

Thank you to all our families who participated in our second annual career day!  Our students loved hearing from our guests about all the different fields -- and thoroughly enjoyed getting dressed up themselves! We had such an amazing representation of careers across the grades -- our students' eyes were opened for sure! Thank you Miss Smith for all you did to make the day a success!

District School Climate Survey: Please take a moment to fill out the survey that was sent to you via email earlier this afternoon.  The direct link to the survey can be accessed directly here:  Parent/Guardian Survey Link  As we shared in the email Please respond honestly—this survey is anonymous.  If you have more than one child in our school system, you can complete a survey for each child.  We appreciate your time in providing us with valuable feedback to help us analyze our district, as well as work on our continuous improvement plans.  The survey will be open until June 6th.

Reminder: Meadowside is having Fun in the Sun on Monday May 20th!  The deadline for pre-registration was yesterday, but we would still love to see you there! RSVP here and on the day of the event, bring a blanket to sit with your child and enjoy a good book together!  If you RSVP-ed after noon on Friday, your visitor badge will be printed for you so you can head straight to the courtyard.  If you RSVP-ed Friday afternoon or over the weekend, please check in with Miss Megan at the front desk before heading to the courtyard.

Field Day is around the corner!  We are planning lots of outdoor fun with the help of PTA and we need your help to make the day a success.  Please click here for more information and to sign up to volunteer.  Field Day is scheduled for Wednesday May 29th. A picnic lunch will be available for purchase through our cafeteria. Students can purchase a lunch or bring a lunch from home. The lunch choices will be hot dog, hamburger or veggie burger. Please note as this is a school day event -- only those parents who have signed up to volunteer are allowed on our fields.
