Good Afternoon Meadowside Families,
Today was our last full day of the 2022-2023 school year -- please note that our final three days of school next week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - are all 1:25 dismissals for students.
With the air quality this week we were so glad to get our field day in Tuesday. While we did move inside for some activities like lunch, we were still able to enjoy much of the day. A special thank you to Mrs. Glennon, Mrs. Bindner, Mrs. Farmer for chairing the event and to Mr. C as well as to all our amazing parent volunteers who joined us for the day. Team Meadowside was in full action!
Earlier in the week - Monday - we celebrated students and staff at our last HEART assembly. We honored students across the school for showing teamwork and Mrs. Sostilio as well! Mrs. Sostilio, our media specialist, is retiring at the end of this school year. We are so fortunate to have had her on our Meadowside Team for the last 17 years! She will be missed but we are excited for her to begin a new chapter! Cooper even showed up with our Pep squad to add to our Assembly fun!
