Good Afternoon Meadowside Families,

Next week in celebration of Read Across America Meadowside will be engaging in Meadowside's NOW Annual Read Your HEART Out week- a fun filled week of activities designed to increase the love of reading.  In addition to school wide activities, we have activities for families to engage with at home.  Click here to see an overview of the week -- as well as important  information on Theme Days.  Monday we are kicking off the week with celebrating the importance of reading by talking about how reading introduces us to new  experiences!  Join in the fun by donating a book to our Meadowside Book Drive in support of Liliana’s Read Campaign.  Lilianna, a member of Connecticut’s Kid Governor, program is committed to getting more books in kid’s hands and is looking for our help!  Read more about how you can donated a gently used children’s book to our new lending library here.  Here is a quick overview of our Theme Days.
