GOOD AFTERNOON HMS FAMILIES:
Looks like our unseasonably warm temperatures will continue on through the weekend. Warmer than normal temperatures on Sunday will provide grilling enthusiasts another opportunity to grill their favorite tailgating food in preparation for the Super Bowl Sunday evening. If grilling isn’t your wheelhouse, try your hand at making your own version of a Philly Cheesesteak. To make it a true Philly steak, you need to have it “wit onions” or “wit-out onions” and covered with “Cheez Whiz”. As the Steelers are not in the big game this year and being from PA with roots in Philadelphia, one could say my support this Sunday is with the Eagles. Then again, I do like my bbq ribs and the Chiefs are a strong team. Best of luck to whichever team you support.
