Today’s Friday Update is short like our days are now. Our last weekend prior to Thanksgiving break will be a brisk one so stay warm. May be a good weekend for hot chocolate and a cozy fire.

  • HMS Silver Sands Pizza Day/Evening - 

    • Silver Sands is holding an HMS Day/Evening fundraiser for HMS.

    • On Wednesday, December 14 (dine-in or dine-out), Silver Sands will donate 10% of their receipts back to HMS when families/patrons mention that their order is in support of Harborside.

    • A refrigerator reminder flyer will be forthcoming. 

  • HMS Picture Retake Day is November 21st - 

    • Place your order prior to Picture Day at MyLifetouch

    • Use code EVTPDW8PF to access ordering.

  • PTO Holiday Sweets and Treats for our HMS Staff -

    • We thought it would be fun to provide our wonderful staff at Harborside with some "Sweets and Treats" this holiday season.

  • Wednesday, November 23 - Early dismissal for Thanksgiving break.

  • Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 - No school due to Thanksgiving break. 

  • Wednesday, December 7 - Early dismissal for staff professional learning. Students are dismissed at 12:45 PM.

  • Friday, December 23 - Monday, January 2 - No school due to the Holiday break.

  • Tuesday, January 3 - First day of school after the holiday break.

  • Monday, January 16 - No school in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

  • Wednesday, January 25 -  Early dismissal for staff professional learning. Students are dismissed at 12:45 PM.

  • Spring Middle School Conferences - 

    • Wednesday, March 29th, 1:05 PM-3:05 PM 

    • Thursday, March 30th, 5:30 PM-8:00 PM
