GOOD AFTERNOON HMS FAMILIES:

Looks like after a week of early Spring like weather we are in for a cold spell next week as Winter officially arrives.

Please take a moment to read over a few important updates and reminders.

  • Thank you to the PTO and all the families that donated items to surprise our HMS staff with treats for the holiday season.

  • Staying the course with mitigation protocols -

    • As previously communicated via a district video and various emails from the school and district, HMS continues to provide a safe and healthy environment as we adhere to mitigation protocols like masking, social distancing, and hand hygiene practices.

      • Speaking of masking wearing, please talk with your child(ren) regarding the proper way to wear their mask.

      • Throughout the day, adults remind students to cover both their mouth and nose.

      • As numbers continue to rise in Miflord, proper wearing of masks is imperative to the overall health and safety for all.

      • See the below visual as an aid to help with your conversation with your child(ren) around this important matter.
