Harborside is Kind!
In case you aren’t aware, Harborside is a Be Kind school and has registered as a Kind Campus for our third year in a row, under the Ben’s Bells organization. If you don’t know about the inspiring organization, Ben’s Bells, and how Be Kind Campus’ evolved from the organization, please click the letter link and the video link for more information.
Water bottles -
Please remind your child that they can bring water bottles to school to use throughout the day.
Water fountains are set up to dispense water into a bottle.
Student Absences and Early Pick Up -
To report an absence, parents need to log into PowerSchool and click on “Forms” to enter an absence.
If you need to pick up your child early for an appointment, please come to the front door with your driver license as you will need to check in with the Greeter and sign out your child.
If the early pick-up is known prior to the start of school, please send in a note with your child in the morning to give to our Greeter, Mrs.Tilt, or email ktilt@milforded.org. Our Greeter will then give your child an early release pass to come to the lobby to make the pick up more efficient.

The Milford Department of Human Services is sponsoring this holiday program to support families in need during the holiday season.

Wednesday, November 24 - Early dismissal at 12:45 PM - Thanksgiving break starts
Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26 - No school - Thanksgiving break
Wednesday, December 1 - Trimester 1 ends.
Wednesday, December 8 - Early Dismissal at 12:45 for Professional Development for staff.
Friday, December 17 - Parents can view final Trimester 1 grades in PowerSchool.
Friday, December 23 - Friday, December 31 - No school for Winter break.
