What a strange weather week. Just in typical New England fashion, if you don’t like the weather at the moment, wait a few minutes and it may change. I hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween weekend. Please take a moment to read over a few important updates and reminders.
New Date for Movie Night: November 9th (students only)

Lockers for students - Students will once again be using lockers!
Beginning Monday, November 1, students will be assigned lockers for storing their belongings during the school day.
HMS will provide each student with a lock.
Students will have a designated time during the day to access their lockers.
While having access to lockers, we will still be following social distancing protocol and guidelines.
The expectation is that backpacks and all cell phones are to be locked and turned off or silent, as per the cell phone use policy. For your convenience, click the cell phone use policy link for the full policy.
After School Activities and Late Buses started this Week -
If your child is participating in an after school activity, please remind them in the morning to stay for their club/activity on the day of the club.
Students were informed by their club advisor of their late bus # and bus stop. The buses will depart from the school at approximately 4:00 - 4:05.
Late buses are only for students that have an assigned bus for normal transportation to and from school.
Students that walk or get dropped off are not eligible to take the late bus.
Homework Club is available for students to stay on Tuesday and Thursday.
Starting next week, any student who wishes to stay for homework club on any given Tuesday or Thursday needs to communicate to their ASA teacher that they are staying for homework club.
ASA teachers will notify the office of students attending homework club on that day.
We are requesting this information as the bus company needs to plan ahead for bus stop locations for students not regularly attending clubs.

Tuesday, November 23 - Picture Day
Wednesday, November 24 - Early dismissal at 12:45 PM - Thanksgiving break starts
Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26 - No school - Thanksgiving break
