GOOD AFTERNOON HMS FAMILIES:
Well, old man winter may try to deliver one viable Nor'easter early next week before this unusually warm winter ends. As the “system” is still four days out, I wouldn’t be surprised if the forecast is a dud and we get rain or nothing at all Monday into Tuesday. This weekend we may see temperatures into the 20’s and perhaps in the high teens. On a different topic, pitchers and catchers reported to Spring training earlier this month and position players followed shortly. For those of you that follow the “local teams”, Yankees and Mets, let’s hope all the spending in the off season pays off. As for the Red Sox fans, hope may spring eternal as the team is looking to its young players in the farm leagues to bolster its major league roster.
