Model United Nations students took to the University of New Haven to participate in their annual conference for students in the area last fall. Out of a dozen schools the students in Mr. Phelan's class took honorable mention as a delegation and recently received this plaque from the university. We hope to return next year and finish on top but for our first in person conference since before covid we can proudly say that we gave it our all and represented the Foran community well. Please consider joining Model UN next year as a junior and senior to be able to participate in this opportunity and more. Go Lions!

Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

Foran High School Social Studies students had the opportunity to meet with Holocaust survivors and their family members as part of our recognition of International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Special thanks to Andy Sarkany, Susan Unrad and Hedwidge Kuepper for sharing your stories with Foran!
