Photography 1 Students Try Something New
What does a class of advanced photography students do when they are handed glow sticks and challenged with using them as their only light source? They experiment with exposure, composition and camera settings to capture some pretty unique images. Enjoy these “experiments” created by Photography 1 students Katelyn Ciesluk, Jace Flanagan-Bonilla, Tommy Melillo, Riley Smith, and Ashley Stay.
Students in AP Spanish recently learned about Argentina, Evita, Juan Peron, and the "Dirty War" during the years 1976-1983. During this time, more than 30,000 Argetnineans who opposed the government were "disappeared" by its brutal dictatorship. Students created a monument in memory of the disappeared, created an invitation to the "ceremony" for the unveiling, and gave speeches to recognize those who were never heard from again. ¡Muy bien hecho!
