Ms. Jones's Advanced Creative Writing students collaborate in the Teaching and Learning Commons to engage in small-group writer's workshops. Writer's workshops are an opportunity for students to read and discuss one another's work, to share feedback and ideas, and to support one another in the revision process. Currently, each student is writing an original short story, pursuing a topic and genre of their choice to develop their authorial voice.
