Dear ESMS Families,
What an INCREDIBLE first week we had with your children. We started each morning with an hour in homerooms. Students engaged in a rotation of either grade level gatherings with Mr. Piselli and I, on team time spent introducing Morning Meeting to our learning community, or Wingman, a student-led movement that develops social and emotional skills through team building activities. It has been invigorating seeing your children these past three mornings, welcoming our grade 6 and new students, and reconnecting with our grade 7 and 8 students.

A Few Important Reminders:
No school Monday, September 6 as we observe Labor Day and Tuesday, September 7 as we observe Rosh Hashanah.
Picture Day is Friday, September 10. Your children received information in their homerooms.
Visitors:
Visitors will be restricted to ensure that exposure risks are minimized.
All meetings with outside adults will be held virtually.
Students who require early dismissal will be called to the lobby at the time a parent or guardian is present.
