Dear ESMS Families,

Happy Friday! Thank you to our families who attended our PTA meeting this past Tuesday - we appreciate your support. Conference information is below and the link is live today.

On Friday, October 18th, ESMS is wearing pink and collecting money for the Get In Touch Foundation which supports breast health education for all.

CONFERENCES: We are pleased to announce our Fall 2024 Middle School Conference Schedule:

Tuesday, October 15th 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. AND Wednesday, October 16th 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. *Please note that we will have a modified early dismissal time on the conference days to accommodate the conference schedule. Therefore, students will be dismissed on October 15th and October 16th at 12:35 pm.

Parents/guardians can select a conference time through My Conference Time. All conferences will be in person unless a parent/guardian requests a Google Meet link directly from the teacher. Fall conference sign up information is live on our school website today, Friday, October 4th, at 9:00 a.m. through Monday, October 14th, at 12:00 p.m. If you prefer a virtual session, please contact the teacher to request a Google Meet link to conduct your conference virtually after you have confirmed your conference time through My Conference Time Online Scheduler. We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child’s learning!

Quick tip: Look for emails from “noreply@myconferencetime.com” when searching email for conference confirmation communication

A MESSAGE FROM THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT- If your student attends high school football games, please remind them of the expected behavior: no noise makers or personal athletic balls are allowed in games. Security will confiscate any of these that they see at the gate. It is also important to note behavior at games. Students are there to support the Foran High School football team and/or band. Running around the stands and disruptive behavior will not be permitted at games to ensure safety.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR- From October 14th through October 17th, ESMS will be having a book fair. We will be open during conferences and during the school day! All purchases through the Book Fair benefit students at East Shore Middle School. Thanks for supporting our kids. Click here for more information.
