MARK WOOD FROM THE TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA TO PERFORM WITH MILFORD STUDENTS!: Milford Public Schools is excited to host our first ever Electrify Your Strings Concert featuring Mark Wood from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. This two day event for students will culminate in a concert at Parsons Auditorium on Friday, March 10 at 7:00. Almost 300 string students in grades 5-12 will perform alongside Mark Wood and every attendee will have the opportunity to attend the meet and greet with Mark immediately following the concert. Tickets can be purchased here for $14. Tickets at the door will be $20. Doors will open at 6:30PM and the event will start promptly at 7:00. We hope to see you there!

UPCOMING RESTAURANT PTA FUNDRAISERS: Support the ESMS PTA and save yourself a night of cooking by ordering or dining in at two fantastic local restaurants, Pop’s Family Restaurant (March 15th) & Jimmy’s Apizza (April 27th). Click the links to the fliers for details.

TOASTY TOES SOCK DRIVE: For the entire month of March, the People Empowering People program will be conducting a sock drive to benefit the Beth-El Center. There will be a collection box at ESMS for those wishing to donate. Learn more about this amazing drive here.

FREE MEALS TO RESUME: We are pleased to announce our return to school meals free of charge for all students, which began on March 1, 2023 continuing through June 30, 2023. All students are provided with one school breakfast and one school lunch every school day free of charge. Students may purchase “A La Carte” foods separately from school meals such as chips, cookies, and water second meals, (variety varies by grade level.) If you have any questions, please reach out to the food service office at 203-783-3490. Information regarding the MPS food service can be found here.

MEDIA CENTER NEWS: We are excited to announce that all Milford Public School Libraries now offer students the convenience of 24/7 access to age appropriate ebooks and audiobooks through Destiny Discover. Ebooks offer a variety of benefits such as accessibility, audio options, and other unique features. With instant access to a wide selection of books, ebooks are an excellent way for students to explore their interests and expand their personal growth and learning opportunities. DOLPHIN DOLLARS: At ESMS we are proud of our students for following our value system by being accountable, staying respectful and being safe. To reward our students for this exemplary behavior we have implemented our Dolphin Dollar system which students can use to purchase items at our ESMS school store. In an effort to fully stock our school store, in conjunction with our AMAZING PTA, we are asking families to consider making a contribution.
