Thanks CPM PTA!
The CPM wanted to thank all of our CPM families who attended yesterday's pumpkin painting event! It was great to finally meet everyone in person and we hope that your children had fun. We would also like to thank our volunteers, the PTA Board, Mrs. Whitaker, and Mrs. Given for all your help in coordinating this event and making it a success!
Pumpkin Decorating Night Contest - For those who attended our Pumpkin Decorating Night, the CPM PTA is holding a contest for the decorated pumpkins and having the classrooms vote - top 3 winners get a Barnes & Noble gift card! If you would like to enter, please email a picture of your child’s decorated pumpkin from the event, along with your student's name and teacher. Note, submissions should be from a CPM student. Please email the photo/info to Stephanie Kanaan at stephanie.kanaan@gmail.com by Saturday, Oct. 30th.
Remote Learning update: please take a moment to review the shifts in the MPS Remote Learning Update that was sent out last week. As such, the MPS attendance and Engagement: Guidance for Remote Learning document has been updated to reflect these shifts. Please take a moment to review.
Attention 5th Grade Families:
If you are interested in joining the 5th Grade Committee to plan for end-of-the-year activities for our 5th graders, please join us for our first meeting on November 9, 2021 at 7:30pm directly following the November PTA meeting. GotSneakers? Fundraiser - The CPM PTA is running a sneaker donation fundraiser with GotSneakers?. We are collecting gently worn, used, or new sneakers to be recycled. Collect as many pairs as you can and send them into CPM. We ask that you bag up all the sneakers you plan on donating. There will be a collection box in the main lobby. Our fundraiser will run from October 25th to December 17th. Please see the flyer for more info.
Mabel’s Labels Fundraiser - The CPM PTA is doing a Mabel’s Label fundraising campaign for the 2021-22 school year! If you need personalized labels for school, daycare, camp, etc., please consider purchasing since the CPM PTA will receive 20% back on all sales.
