We will be celebrating 

Veterans Day on Friday, November 10

We will take the time to honor our Veterans through song and written pieces. Students should remember to wear their Boy/Girl Scout uniforms or Patriotic Colors. Families may fill out a Veteran’s Biography for our “Wall of Honor”. Please also note the “Veterans Day Invite” if you know a veteran who would like to participate in our celebration. Please RSVP and/or share the “Wall of Honor” form with Alesha Hubball by November 6, 2023.

Homes for the Brave Donation Drive

From November 1-22, Calf Pen will be collecting wishlist items for Homes For the Brave, a Connecticut organization that helps homeless veterans get back on their feet.

Most needed items include napkins, paper towels, paper plates, hot and cold paper cups, tissues, bodywash, hand soap, lotion, dish detergent, sponges, and laundry detergent.  A complete list is available here.  Donations can be dropped off in the front lobby.

Come to the Milford Public School Provider Resource Fair on November 15th, 9 am - 11 am.  The Resource Fair will provide you with multiple organizations that can assist your family. The resources will include, but not limited to medical assistance, mental health support, food assistance, student activities for before and after school, disability information, and social emotional learning activities.

The Fall/Winter session of the Giggling Pig started this week!!    Lots of amazing artists!
