We are pleased to announce our Spring 2023 Elementary Conference Schedule:
Wednesday, March 29th 5:30-8:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 30th1:45-3:45 p.m.
Friday, March 31st 1:45-3:45 p.m.
*Please note that we will have a modified early dismissal time on the conference days to accommodate the conference schedule. Therefore, students will be dismissed on March 29th, March 30th, and March 31st at 1:15pm.
Parents/guardians will once again have the opportunity to select a conference time through My Conference Time. All conferences will be in person unless a parent/guardian requests a Google Meet link directly from the teacher. Spring conference sign up information will be live on our school website here from February 27 through March 27 at 12:00 p.m. If you prefer a virtual session, please contact the teacher to request a Google Meet link to conduct your conference virtually after you have confirmed your conference time through My
Conference Time Online Scheduler. We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child’s learning! Quick tip: Look for emails from “noreply@myconferencetime.com” when searching email for conference confirmation communications.
Greetings, MPS Families! We are pleased to announce that Kindergarten Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will take place during February and March. If you have a child who will be starting Kindergarten in the fall, registration information will be posted to the district website www.milforded.org on February 21, 2023. You must register your child for Kindergarten at the school determined by your street address, unless placed by Pupil Personnel Services. School/Street Assignments are available on the district website under “District Information.” Students must be at least age five (5) on or before December 31, 2023, in order to register for Kindergarten. Current MPS preschool or Ready To Learn students do not need to complete an online registration packet. If you need assistance with the registration portal, please contact the main office for your district assigned school. School contact information can be found on the district website under “ Schools.” We are excited for your children to come to our schools! Fully registered families, please be on the lookout for more information from your school’s Principal about an in person kindergarten event in the spring. Scholastic Book Fair March 29th-31st
Award-winning children’s book author, David Ezra Stein, will be coming to Calf Pen this April. Stay tuned for more details!
Thanks to our community’s participation in the Barnes and Noble shopping event, we were able to present Mrs. Karjanis with a gift certificate for $867.84 for Media Center enhancement.
ALL CPM FAMILIES AND FRIENDS ARE WELCOME! This is not only for the 5 th grade! The basketball game of the year is only weeks away! Don’t miss our amazing teachers taking on the 5th graders in a must-see basketball game on March 23rd at 6:30pm at Foran High School. Highlights include: concessions, 50/50 raffle, awesome raffle baskets, a 4th grade foul shot contest, CPM pep squad, and more.
$5 per person and children under 5 are free.
