Digital Media & Tech News and Resource Guide

Many families know they would like to exercise more control over their family’s screen time, but they don’t know where to start. There are many useful tools and resources available that can help families make planning for intentional media use more approachable and actionable. Sparkler has gathered up: (1) resources to help families feel more confident and make screens work for them, whether they have young children, older children, or a mix of both, (2) some key recent news stories on the topic of screen time and media use, and (3) recent research on the topic.
