Music Together is the premier early childhood music program for babies, toddlers, and big kids, along with the grownups who love them. Wiggling, singing, and laughing with your child is so much fun—it’s easy to forget how much learning is taking place! The Music Together research-based curriculum not only develops music skills, it nurtures creativity, self-expression, and confidence while also supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. We'll have tons of fun singing, dancing, learning, and playing instruments.

Maple Sugar Day

Mark your calendars for this fun family event at GLT’s Mueller Preserve! Come enjoy the sweet taste of spring, March 2nd at our annual Maple Sugar Day! The tradition of tapping maple trees for sap dates back to the indigenous people of the Northeast and was adopted by incoming European colonists. Join us for a Maple Sugar Day at the Mueller Preserve to learn all about how the sweet stuff transforms from sap to syrup. There will be samples to taste, The Dough Girls, and more!

Late winter is the perfect time to take part in the New England tradition of maple sugaring. Join us as we walk in the woods to learn about the history of maple sugaring and how to identify maple trees, help tap a tree to collect sap, learn how you can make your own maple syrup at home, and taste fresh maple sap, syrups, and other maple goodies around the campfire.

MILFORD FULL DAY SUMMER CAMP HOURS:
Full Day: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Half Day AM: 9:00 AM - 12 NOON
Half Day PM: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Extended Day AM: starts 8 AM ($15) EXTENDED PM UNTIL 4PM ONLY
Camps start on June 17th and end the week of Aug. 19th
We are licensed by the state and are always keeping up to date with guidelines. It's been a tough few years for the children and we want this summer to really be about the joy of creating. If your child doesn't want to take part in a certain image, we will give them another option. We never want to see a camper unhappy and are always very accommodating. All you need to do is tell us! So let's have a wonderful summer together, creating memories and works of art to treasure.
The Giggling Pig is a fully licensed day camp by the State of Connecticut.
