What is our Energy Assistance Program?
Energy assistance is a program that helps people having difficulty paying the cost of heating their homes. Through an intake and assessment process, Energy Assistance staff determine how TEAM and its services can best help lower energy costs.
FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT
Join the Milford Recreation Department as we host Family Movie Night!!
Movies will begin at 6:30pm and be shown at the Milford Veterans Parsons Auditorium.
This event is for Milford residents and admission is FREE. Please register your family for the movie so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Bring a healthy start to your new year at the Nature Center. Our Ranger will conduct this brisk walk while you learn a little natural history along the way. Please register for this FREE program here. Inclement weather cancels.

Join us at Snowball Fest for an icy adventure that’s cooler than cool! From January 8 through February 18, get moving, get creative and explore a fascinating world of wintry science discoveries through guided and self-guided activities:
● Practice your aim with our snowball sling shots
● Create winter-themed masterpieces using a variety of materials
● Learn about the science of snow and ice with fun and interactive experiments
● Explore the adaptations of winter animals and see how they survive in the cold
● Enjoy fun winter activities like ice bowling, ice block building and more!
All Snowball Fest experiences are free with museum admission.
A Storm Is Coming

It’s raining cats and dogs! Learn about some of the largest storms to ever hit Connecticut, pretend to be a weather reporter giving a forecast on TV, and then create your very own “storms in a jar” by performing special science experiments!
